Our company possesses the technology for surface treatment called "Electromagnetic Wave Shielding Plating," which imparts electromagnetic wave shielding performance to resin products. By combining conductive and magnetic materials, shielding from low frequencies to high frequencies is possible. Additionally, it can provide shielding performance superior to that of aluminum plates. 【Comparison of Electromagnetic Wave Shielding Plating and Other Shielding Materials】 ■ The shielding effect is comparable to a 3mm aluminum plate with a copper plating thickness of 1-2μm. ⇒ This allows for weight reduction of components while maintaining electromagnetic wave shielding properties. ■ The shielding effect exceeds approximately 80dB (100MHz to 1000MHz). ⇒ It weakens electromagnetic waves by up to 1/10,000. *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.

High adhesion appearance plating is possible on PA resin. We can mass-produce plating on PA resin, which is rare even in Japan. We accept prototypes rather than just one-off items!

It is possible to apply decorative plating to PA (polyamide) resin, commonly known as "nylon" resin, which is widely used as engineering plastic. Plating on resin is typically done on ABS resin, and the methods are well known. Nylon resin has a higher heat resistance, as well as superior wear resistance and impact resistance compared to ABS resin, making its applications broad; however, there have been many issues regarding the adhesion and aesthetic design of the plating. Our company has developed a unique pretreatment and already has a track record of decorative plating on PA resin for many automotive parts.
